The Official Conference will take place from the 6th of May 2024 to the the 7th of May at the Royal Danish Naval Academy in Copenhagen. An extra exclusive day for students and cadets is planned for the 8th of May 2024.


The conference will touch upon the following subjects:


  • AI – What opportunities and challenges does automation and surveillance present for a frigate? Can AI help improve both the internal and external battle?
  • Seabed warfare – how to provide ample surveillance of the seabed?
    Potentially utilizing drones for the task.
  • Automation in ship production – how are ships produced in a
    modern and automated industrial world?
  • Space warfare – how can space as a tactical environment be used in
    connection with the maritime tactical environment.
  • Modularity, propulsion, and network – how can these technologies
    be a part of a future navy and what new technologies might follow?


Who can participate?

The target audience for the conference is cadets and/or students with knowledge or interest regarding weapons, sensors and/or marine engineering.
